Surface Pro 7 Screen Flickering After Windows 11 Upgrade: How I Fixed It
After upgrading a used Surface Pro 7 to Windows 11, the whole screen started flickering. Turning off MPO and HAGS in the registry, installing Surface Panel Driver 2.5.15.0, and a full reboot fixed it.
